The best boots for snow kids

Not only is this boot cute for girls, but it is an outstanding boot for snow. My kids spend hours in the snow. Sorel boots are the only way to go. They keep my kids warm and dry even in very cold or very wet conditions. Note however that no boot works perfect unless the snow pants have good gators. Gators are the nylon liners at the bottom of the pant leg. Good gators have a strong elastic that holds tight to the boot to prevent snow from falling into the top of the boot.My daughters last pair of Sorels was handed down to her sister. Still in great shape after 2 winters of use.

Warm boots

These boots provided the warmth and comfort I needed for my little ones during snowy weather conditions. The upper material is made of leather and rubber shell and it is easy to clean and it looks very durable. The innerboot liner is also washable. It is a little heavier and looks wider though than some boots but it did not bother my kids. It is true to size for my kids but because of the thick removable inner liner, it felt smaller the first time they tried it on. After a few days of wearing it, the sizing was in fact true to size.

I love it!

Looks great. I'm very happy with it. I had it installed since I had allot of work being done anyway. The guy said it was slightly difficult to install. Mostly keeping it level while drilling holes. He was impressed with it also, saying it was worth it. I had it mounted in the up position. I have two of these in different bathrooms. I'm 6 ft. Mounted one at 6ft and the other at 6-6 due to ceilings. I recommend mounting them 6 inches higher than your height if you mount them upward and do not want to see the bulb over the edge of the shade. I'm using 3 CFL 60W equivalents and have enough light. I don't like a blinding vanity light. The soft reflected white light is perfect for me. Mount it downward for direct light.

Extremely smooth, very nice reel

I purchased two Epixor spinning reels, an EB-50 and an EB-65, about 5 years ago, and overall, I have been very happy with these reels. The 10-bearings make this a really smooth and quiet reel, and the anti-reverse, live bait feeder, and drag have worked flawlessly. I use the EB-50 for my Chesapeake chumming rod with 17# mono, and the EB-65 for a 12' ocean surf rod with 50# braided line. I probably should have purchased the Coronado version for my surf rod, since Coronados have the same bait feeder feature but are specifically designed to resist saltwater, but I religiously flush my tackle with fresh water after every outing, and after 5 years see no corrosion, even on the surf outfit.Epixor reels come with an additional spool (without the titanium lip the first reel has) which comes in handy if you need to switch to a different line type or weight. I particularly like the bait feeder lever which not only allows you to fish live bait without resistance or an open bail, but also really comes in handy just in lowering your bottom rig to the right height when you're trying to rebait a long surf stick standing in a sand spike.My only real complaint about the Okumas is that the finish on the Epixor reels could be more durable. I'm a pretty meticulous person in taking care of my gear, yet somehow the silver, painted finish has chipped in a few places on both reels. Not really a biggie, but not something I see on my American-made reels. But hey, for all of the other features at this price, I can live with a few dings. With a more durable finish, I would have given the Epixor 5 stars.

Epixor Reel Review

I own this reel and I loved it because it was light and smooth. I took very, very good care of it by rinsing it after every use and had it serviced twice a year. It just broke yesterday. :( The gears were making a funny clicking noise and would get stuck at times while retrieving. I opened it up and found the gears had two teeth worn down and the main shaft would not go up and down. Sadly I had to take out back and shoot it. For a moderate price this is a good reel but it did not last as long as I had wanted it to. I had it for 2-1/2 years.

Solid spinning baitfeeder

I've been fishing beyond the breakers on a kayak for a couple of years now. Last year, I picked up an epixor eb-30, in addition to my conventionals.pros:-easy to cast(i can't cast a conventional w/ a 3 ft leader if i tried.)-bait runner works great, used on smacks, ling, bull reds, sharks, kings.-EB-30 holds ~200+yds of 30lb of braid, which is more than enough via kayak.-drag is nice and smooth, just as good as a normal epixor ef-30-has a standard rear drag when in baitrunner mode, helps when trolling for kings if your ribbon fish is causing too much dragcons:-slightly bigger than the ef-30-the clicker is not loud enough!!!!-the paint on the exterior chips too easy, typical okuma quality. Okuma products tend to work just fine, but they look beat up with only 1+ yrs of moderate fishing.I recently bought a 2nd epixor eb30 and no longer bring out my conventionals for nearshore fishing.

Would highly recommend these lanterns

We purchased the four-light outdoor post lantern and three four-light wall lanterns. They are so beautiful and provide so much more light than what we previously got from our old lanterns. Warm and Inviting

We have had our new fireplace logs for about 2 weeks, and we use them most nights. We had the logs installed; it would have been a big job, I think, to install them ourselves. We saved a few hundred dollars from the estimate by a local fireplace store for the logs, but for a better product. This set is a dual burner, so the fire is all around and between the logs, just like a wood fire. The G45 is recommended over the G4 on the Real Frye web site as more efficient. We went with a smaller log set and a better burner. It looks good.

Big fish first time out

I bought two of these for my wife and myself. I mounted them on 6' boat rods and spooled them with Tuf Line (80lb for me,65lb for her). We do bottom fishing out of Destin, Fl. I was eager to try these 2-speed reels and selected the Daiwa because I liked the gear ratios and the lever drag.Boy, did I make a good choice!This is the first time I have used a lever drag, and I loved it. I set the strike drag for 15lbs. Moving the drag lever down reduces the drag gradually to free-spool. I used the drag lever to allow the rig to go to the bottom with no danger of backlash.The two speeds are fantastic. I put it in low gear (1.7:1) when on the bottom to give me the power to get a big fish up out of the structure as quickly as possible, and cranking power while it is fighting the hardest. The high gear (4.1:1) is used when the fish tires or to bring the rig up to check bait.The Daiwa proved itself our first trip out. I boated a 20# grouper! The reel had all the power I needed. I had always used the boat's equipment previously, usually Penn 4/0s. I remember how hard I had to work for a 14# amberjack. The grouper came up with half the effort!My wife caught some of the biggest trigger fish I have seen, one going 6lbs.I highly recommend the Daiwa reel.

beautiful sink, satin finish, very durable. would buy again in a second. great if you like the disposal to be small and separate and/or a place for washing veggies and placing scraps. large deep sink great for washing big pans.

Great pricing, went to a local supplier and it was more. I like how the sink is not to deep- most of the sinks out there are 9" to 10" deep, you would have to slump over do any work. This came in a huge box as big as a tub.
