A good light.

A good light. Nice battery life (as with most LEDs). Nice to be able to use the "candle mode" during power outages. Will provide workable light to an entire living room for many hours.If I were looking for one drawback, it's that the 3 cell AA light is a little longer/taller than the 2 AA light. It would be more prone to fall over on an unstable surface. However, that's not a problem for most people.This is a light that should last a lifetime unless it is abused.

good light, doesn't hold up the best in tough environments

This light is considerably brighter then the 2-AA version, but it's not as durable as advertised. I use this light in a foundry so it's one of the tougher work environments, and after about 6 months of use, the holster has ripped apart from repeated use. The seals don't keep out the dust which I regularly find inside, and I occasionally need to open it up and clean the contacts. The on/off switch jams, causing the light to flicker, or not turn on until I've wacked it on an I-beam a few times. Still, it's a better light then most of the ones out there, and a great buy for the money.

Great flashlight

I have long been impressed with Maglite products. This one is no exception. I got one of these for my daughter, and liked hers so much I got one for myself too. It's great for use on walks after dark. It casts a nice wide, bright white beam, and the battery life seems good. It gives off more light than the older 3-D incandescent Maglites I used to use, and is much much brighter than the 2-AA incandescent Maglites.The beam can't be focused as tightly as with incandescent Maglites, but that's hardly necessary, considering it is so bright. The size makes it easier to carry than the shorter 2-AA flashlights.

Oakley Glasses

Seems like a lot of the negative reviews are from people who didn't "test drive" the glasses or do much research on the glasses before purchasing them. Oakleys are not cheap, by any means. They have a variety of glasses that serve different purposes and have different fits and lens shades. I have the polarized Straight Jackets and they fit me great. The Gascans, IMO, are more for a "fashion statement" as they had somewhat of a loose fit. They would not be well-suited for sports but would probably be great for driving or hanging around the pool. I use my Straight Jacket's for bike riding, driving, shooting, etc and they are an all-around great fitting pair of glasses with rubberized frame "sleeves" that help keep your glasses in place. Do your homework before spending $150+ for glasses!

"Excellent Sun glasses"

My Gascans arrived a couple of days ago. They looked even better in person than the pictures on amazon. I was very pleased when took them out the box. They came earlier than the vendor stated, would definately buy from this seller again. Perfect fit, very comfortable, and good coverage of sun blocking. I love the tint on the lense,they really brighten everything,and are great for cutting down on glare and contrast. The bronze is not to dark either. These are large and have somewhat bling styling, maynot be for everyone. One of the reviews I read earlier said that they didnt fit,but he stated that he was an average size guy. Well Oakley states that they are made for large melons. They make a Gascan small,that are styled a little diferently,and fit a little tighter. I would suggest to anyone to go to the mall and try on a pair before ordering. Sunglasses are like shoes,they all fit differently.

Good, but you need to be a big person

I am 6' and 200 pounds and these are generously-sized enough to fit me - and perhaps are even too big still.Pro:+ Replaceable lenses!+ Many aftermarket lenses too (different colors, better pricing)+ Wide ear pieces block more light from the side than most glasses+ Beefier ear pieces than many glasses (solid, one-piece construction)+ Should fit inside a motorcycle helmet+ Many style options, including several limited edition models, for those who like the style but who also want a little uniqueness tooCon:- These fall off my face much easier than any other pair of glasses I've ever had (fix for a 5-star)- The word "polarized" is too large, falling into my peripheral vision as a blurry mass (annoying)- No straps available for athletes, sailors, or active people to keep these from falling off- Case is a $20 adderBottom line: Recommended for those with large heads only. Tip: buy used or non-polarized and replace with aftermarket polarized lenses to mitigate con noted above.

Excellent swiss watch

The only issue with this product is that it did not include an instruction manual in the product box, which needs to be downloaded from Tissot's web page (after a bit of research to locate the adequate one....)Update May 2013- after almost 5 months of use, I have to add that this is the most accurate watch I own: +1 second in 5 months, checked with the US time widget. Fantastic !!!!

Buy only Metalbestos Chimneys

I have had my Metalbestos chimney over 20 years so far. I burn 3 to 5 cords of wood per year. Averaged that is 80 cords of wood.The competitor's chimneys have failed requiring replacement in under 5 years.I am a home builder in Connecticut and this is the only manufactured chimney I will install. If you burn a lot of pine you may need to clean or just remove the screen from the chimney cap. It will load up with soot.

Great product for fine, thin, color treated and frizzy bomb hair..like mine...it is a nightmare to have this type of hair and this is the ONLY product that helps make it thicker, not fly-away and look like you are going bald!!!

Love the Ojon product line

I really love the Ojon product line. My stylist always says that he doesn't know what I'm using (I keep reminding him, but since he doesn't sell Ojon, he keeps forgetting), but that my hair is in great shape, especially for hair that is color treated and endures several styling products and daily blow drying. I have medium hair...not real fine but certainly not thick and this gives me great volume and doesn't harm my color. It has what my husband calls a "hippy smell", which is nice (unless you are looking for flowery). I find that these products give me a very nice shine as well. I very much recommend the Ojon shampoo, conditioner and hair masque. I use them all and have been a faithful customer for about a year now and will continue to use this product for a long time.
