Worth the $$

yes, these strings are REALLY expensive. However they are worth their weight in gold. I currently have them on a Lewis Klingel model bass with a carved top. Not a great bass. I had previously been using spirocores on this bass and it was very "tinny and cold" sound. The Dominants made this bass come alive. They are extremely warm. They have a softer touch than the spirocores. I know that different basses respond differently do differen strings, but mine LOVES the dominant strings. Oh, shortened life is definately an issue. My previous set of dominants ended up with a mysteriously broken E string. I picked up the bass one day and the E string was broken at the nut. This was after about a year of use.

It's a Tweener

I purchased this pen. I really liked it's look and was not disappointed. The nib is nice, kind of small but really writes smoothly with nice ink flow. I use Noodlers Bulletproof Black. The major problem I have with the pen is its size. I have average size hand and found it uncomfortable to write with the pen unposted. It was too small and gave me hand cramps. Than I posted it, and the the pen took on a new life, albeit unbalance and awkward, once again giving me hand cramps. I think this pen is best suited for a woman with smaller hand. Overall very nice pen to look at, writes well, but as for me, gave me hand cramps whichever way I chose to use it.May 10, 2012 (Addendum)I've been writing intermittently with this pen since my first review. Maybe I just needed to get used to it but it has actually become one of my favorite pens. I always write with it posted, as I said in my previous review, unpoasted the pen feels small and unbalanced. The nib is scratch but in a good way and the ink flow is actually really nice with very nice line. My hand cramps have since gone away.

This exhaust is AMAZING! HUGE power gain! I have this on my Revo 3.3 with an Ofna Picco 26 Max JL Red Dot engine and it pops wheelies like there's no tomorrow! I even had to buy a wheelie bar for it to stop it from flipping on its shell. I could go on and on about how much more power my Revo has.

Content with good service

I've collected Cross pens for many years being pleased with their style and performance. Recently I came across the Waterman Expert line, having a fountain pen as well as a couple of roller balls in which I prefer using the extra fine point fiber tip refills. While I like the dark line those pens provide, I find they're less practical for jotting quick notes. I purchased this pen to add ball point flexibility in a barrel that matches one of the fiber tips. I'm quite happy with the product.I purchased the pen online through Pen Showcase where I was able to save a considerable amount compared to the typical retail price. They efficiently processed my order and delivered the product as requested. I recommend Pen Showcase to help satisfy your writing tool cravings.

this is an amazing value. i bought it on a whim thinking it was so cheap, it really didn't matter if it was junk but i was blown away by the quality, fit and look of the suit.once i got teh pant legs hemmed, i was lookin' good with plenty of extra $$ in my pockets.
