Great shave ice

The little Snowie shave ice machine is great and easy to use, One of the best features is that it uses regular ice cubes and not a chunck of ice made in a mold, so you always have ice ready to go any time you want to use it. We have used ours almost everyday since we recieved it. The only problem I have with it, is if you don't hold the cup just right some ice blows out around the top of it and onto your hand but after a few times you learn how to minamize this.

I'm so happy I found this product, my Snowie Shaved Ice is awesome, is everything we wish for and more, it even included the foot pump (which I didn't know it would). Yes it's pricier than most, but it's worth every penny. The machine is really powerful, we have been using it every day for almost a month now and what you get every time is a perfect snow ice. Best purchase ever. For those who experienced ice splashing all over... I'm sorry but I have to say: "the problem is definitely the driver not the car" if you know what I mean. It's very simple to use, and yes if you put more ice than you need in it and don't bother dumping the rest... it will melt, that's what ice does...it melts.lol

Fulfilled a little girl's dream

My girlfriend expressed to me that when she was a little girl she loved shaved ice and always dreamed of being able to make it at home. So when Christmas rolled around I remembered this sentiment and decided on the Little Snowie.This device produces true shaved, not crushed, ice from real ice cubes. It does not require specially formed ice cubes and has the power to make quite a few at once. You likely wont be able to open a shaved ice stand but will have no problems serving a party at your home.In addition to being well designed and built it also comes with a few starter flavors making it usable right out of the box. This payed off as she was able to immediately use it after unwrapping it. In fact the device requires absolutely no preparation to use. Just plug it in, insert ice cubes, flavor and eat.She has owned it for a couple years now and the lack of preparation required has paid for itself. As soon as it starts to heat up it ends up on the counter next to the coffee maker :)
