Product Description
Used to deliver hot or cold therapy to any area and will conform to almost any body part. Product comes with two Velcro straps to hold your Elasto-Gel comfortably in place. The tough, flexible gel will not leak if punctured and the 4-way stretch material will help ensure product durability and effective therapy and pain management. Like the other Elasto-Gel products, this can be put in the microwave for heating or in the freezer for cooling. Please follow heating instuctions carefully. Do not overheat. Stays soft and pliable, even at -20 F. Provides 20-40 minutes of treatment per application.

Nice. Really big. Not good for arms or legs to big, but a back really good. It works really nice and i love that it is good for hot and cold.

Got this for back pain and for post op knee and shoulder surgery.Pros: Stays warm for a couple of hours. Be careful when putting it in the microwave, and DO NOT allow any edges to touch the sides of the MW or it will catch on fire and melt a little hole in it.Cons: Does not stay cold for very long. Expensive. Buy a smaller size if you can.
