Had to buy the the soft fabric protector to protect my heels when I first wore them but after a few weeks of breaking them in, they have become some of my favorite shoes. I was on a tight budget so couldn't afford the other models but this is hands down the best brand of shoes I've ever come across so far. Very happy that they are so durable since I do so much walking.
