Great tasting soup. Even better if you just use two cups of water instead of three and one cup of half and half instead of milk. Gives it a lot richer flavor Also add a handful of small frozen cooked salad shrimp near the end of the cooking cycle. Adds a little bulk and gives you a little something to chew on.
