Headlight came quickly, fit perfectly and worked without any modifications. As with all new headlights you need to adjust the hi/low beam placement, which was especially important for me in this case as I need to put the vehicle through a brake & lamp inspection certification. It comes with the same vertical, horizontal, and level adjustments that the stock headlight has, which helps. The beam pattern is definately different than the stock though- it is not as focused, which made manually aiming the headlight a bit more difficult. It's not something you really notice while driving, and if it passes the inspection certification then I will say it's not an issue at all.
