Pricey, yes, but it has everything I was looking for... sliding drawers, labels and easy to see what's in the filing unit. Seems like this one will last forever.

I have been using this on my desk for several months and I really load it up. The pull outs work smoothly and the labeling works fine for me. The reason for only 4 (rather than 5) stars is that the labels may annoy some because they hang down over the lower pull out and, if the lower pull out is full, the label will flip up. Having the label is worth it to me and since you can take them off, I don't consider this much of a nuisance. Also, I wish that it came in a black finish - chrome is not my home office decor - maybe I'll spray paint it sometime.

I purchased two of these, but did not receive front-loading letter trays--they are definitely side-loading. They're very nice-looking though, and I can use them, so I'm keeping them, but just be aware that you may not get what you ordered.I'm subtracting one star because the drawers stick--a problem I can most likely rectify with some WD-40 or the like. The second star is because I did not receive the products I actually ordered.
