I have now owned this very bike since right before Christmas, so for about a month. I have excercised on it almost daily, give a day or two of missed workouts..and I love it.The wheel is smooth and super quiet when in use, the brake is easy to engage. The seat is a little uncomfortable as it is rather wide, I prefer thinner seats, but nothing bad enough for me to go out and get a new one...yet.I have exchanged the pedals...mainly because my very annoying basenji boy decided to chew on of them off of the bike...so I replaced them with Shimano pedals..Shimano PD-M520L MTB Sport Pedals with Cleats and also got myself some clip-on shoes, what a difference, the ride is so much more effective now..wow.The tension is easily changed by a turn knob, smooth transition there too...Highly recommend this bike, very nice, smooth and quiet, price was right too...
