I am very pleased with the purchase. this printer is just like my last one that went out from a storm. it was great to purchase at a great price, quick delivery, and the quality is great, looks brand new.I was glad I had my power plug that still worked from my other printer, because there was no power plug with this printer.

I used this printer for a few years and it has been no problem. I just didn't know that I needed to check for compatibility. It's not compatible with Windows 7 even though there is a patch for it.

I bought this used to replace one I carelessly destroyed. It still performs every function perfectly and came with extra ink and the original instruction book. I think this is one of the best general printers Dell ever made. I was very fortunate to find such an efficient, helpful seller.
