After several surgeries, I had a lot of "GO" problems.Tried many things, this product worked for me plus it is not habit forming and a great source of fiber. I use it once or twice a day.The Prune taste can be a little strong for some, but you can mix it with some water.You don't have to store in in the fridge.The price on Amazon is the best one out there!

Great for a sleepy colon. Will continue to buy. Great product. Pair it up with pericolace. Had gastric bypass and this help to prevent intestinal distress.
