I bought two of these braces, because I was having severe elbow pain in both elbows at the same time. I would probably not do that again, since wearing two significantly limited my ability to perform everyday functions. I struggled with the fit - these aren't as good as custom splints. Not comfortable to sleep in, but it was more comfortable than having the elbow pain at night, so I alternated - one week sleeping with splint on one arm, 1 week sleeping with it on the other arm. My pain improved significantly after a couple of weeks. Play around with the positioning a little - it can make a big difference in the results.
