My experience with this lens so far has been great. I use mine with a Sony A350. My last everyday lens was a Tamron 28-200 and before that a Sigma Aspherical IF 28 200. Both of those gave me some truly beautiful shots. I haven't used this enough to pass that sort of judgment. Focus though seems sharp. The autofocus is responsive I and can't say that I've missed anything because it took too long hunting for the focus. I like the colors that I'm getting. I feel I've got a lens that I'm going to enjoy for a long time. Plus I got it for a pretty good price on Amazon. I will update this review if anything significant changes my opinion.
