my hair has never dried faster... what use to take me 15-20 minutes now only takes me 5-10 minutes. Defintely recommend this one.

In all fairness this is a good blowdryer when it is working...however, it will not continue working for longer than 6-8 weeks at a time. I have had to send my blowdryer back to the company three times in the past year. Each time I had to pay Farouk $15 for the repair and the additional cost to ship the blowdryer. Farouk has sent me a new blowdryer in a timely matter each time and then 6-8 weeks later it is dead. I recently found out that since my blowdryer is over 1 year old, I have to pay Farouk $35 each time I send it in for repair. I contacted Farouk about receiving a refund for the blowdryer because I have had so many problems and don't feel like I should have to continue to pay for a repair/new blowdryer and they refused to refund my money. So my Farouk went in the garbage and I am on the search for a new, lasting blowdryer....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Great product when it works. I'm not a stylist, I'm ONE person that uses this product 10 - 15 minutes a day, 5 - 6 times a week. I have had FOUR of these dryers in FIVE YEARS and they ALL have had some type of repair....heating element usually good for 6 months...chord goes bad at base of dryer. Very frustrating to pay so much for a dryer and have it break. If it is out of warranty it will cost $35 to repair. Turn around is quick though. Love this dryer but it is not reliable. Unfortunately I just purchased another brand.
