WARNING ~~~ These bulbs are not pure yellow!In my past three cars (subaru x 2, audi x 1) I have spliced the wiring system so that I can run the fog lights with the parking lights and no main headlamps.I ski a lot (ski instructor) and I have driven in multiple whiteouts in the dark. The only way to go forward is to turn off all white lights and run with the parking lights + fog lights (if they are yellowed). My last two cars used yellow coated fog light bulbs. The light was very yellow and worked extremely well.These bulbs are not pure yellow. They transition in this order, white light on the outermost fringe of the beam (about 0% - 10%, which converts to diffraction light blue to pinkish light from about 10% - 20% of the beam, then you get yellow light from 20% until you reach the other side of the beam. So the result is that only about 60% of the light beam is yellow.If you are after a fancy look, this is probably a pretty cool effect. If you are after the usefulness of yellow light in fog or snow, these are not the best option. A yellow film over the fog light lens is probably a better solution.

These are great bulbs gives out a very nice yellow look on my DRL. They will fit both 9006/9005 fitment with just of a switch of the O-ring from 9005 stock bulbs on to the piaa. For the 9006 you can just use the O-ring that came with the piaa bulbs.

Awesome yellow-ness for DRL. They match my PIAA H11 Yellow fogs perfectly! (PIAA 13511)You might be tempted to return it because I almost returned did.There were no instructions, and its a little confusing on the box because it does not indicate that its 9005 or 9006.Google had the answer though.9005 use the ORANGE loop (HB3)9006 use the BLACK loop. (Already pre-installed)
