The Wolfgang Flour mill combines art with functionality. This mill is designed by Mock Wolfgang and is imported from Germany. This mill is small in size but has a grinding capability of some of the larger mills. The funnel has a 2.2 pound capacity and transforms 3.5 ounces of grain into the finest flour in just about one minute. The mill is attractive because of its small size and low weight (15.4 pounds). A few items this grinds: Barley, Oats, Millet, Corn, Rice, Rye, Wheat, Spelt, and More! Grains are full of rich vitamins, protein building components, trace elements, fatty acids and plenty of minerals. The husk has a host of vital nutrients and elements. It can activate cell metabolism and help with the digestive function. Without having the husk grain is essentially half as nutritious. White flour is mainly starch and calories but homemade flour contains so many health benefits.
