This is one of the best black teas there is. Golden Yellow budlets are interspersed with the finest of all Yunnan black leaves. The leaves turn a chocolate brown color when steeped. The cup is dark and extremely flavorful. Use two time for great full flavor. Black tea tends to infuse quickly, so steep for 1 or two minutes with full boiling water (or Lower) to extract all the flowery notes. An uncommon black tea.<

- Green/White - 1-4 Minutes - Steaming (150-180 F)
- Oolong - 1-3 Minutes - Light Boil (165-190 F)

Cost: about $20.00; and worth it. Takes a while to arrive after order placed; shipped from outside US I believe. Priced well as quality tea can be very pricey. Tea can be infused a second time; never bitter. Full rich vegetable taste; not smoky or too light as many green teas are. I will be ordering this again and again. I am a black tea fan, especially teas from India and Ceylon (former name), but, recently have begun to appreciate Oolong teas. Bought several from various dealers locally and online and found this tea by accident and love it. Can be drunk morning or afternoon or evening. Delicious!
