As caregiver for my 97 year old aunt I have tried expensive hearing aids, amplifiers with headsets of various types but she has gotten to not liking anything on her head. This is the first megaphone that is light enough for me to carry. It works great. I had tried a cheaper smaller type but it was plain junk.
