My wife and I took these to the Galapagos and the Amazon. Plenty of humidity in the Amazon, and no problems. This is going to be a short review, simply because I have nothing negative to say. The eye cups adjust quickly (I have glasses, she doesn't), and the focus is smooth. 10x42 seems to be a good combination for spotting birds and other wildlife. The view is great, so I can't see much to reason to pay more for one of the super-expensive brands.
