My dog has flea dermatitis, so one flea bite can wreak havoc. I have used this for 2 months and I have not seen one flea. When I used Frontline, I would see fleas within 2 weeks of application. I put this on my dog every 28 days.

We had been using Pfizer's Revolution before but after outdoor walks our dog would eventually come back with ticks which could take 2-3 days to die off. We switched to K9 Advantix II because not only it kills but more importantly repels ticks and fleas. The two products have many differences and a veterinarian should be the best person to help choosing.Since starting using this product we have never had any problems with ticks. The disadvantage is that is does not protect against heartworms, which Revolution does. However, for that, we have been giving Heartgard separately.
