The exterior of the bag is fine, but the handles are very flimsy and would definitely not hold up to actualy use for long. It does not stay open easily either. I returned it and am looking for something I can actually use for my inpatient work.

This is an absolutely beautiful product. I bought it for my fiance last Christmas and while not very practical for use looks great with the rest of her collective medical equipment. The product is well put together made of real leather and holds all of her medical nicknack's. Along with this I purchased her a stethoscope kit and it fits nicely into the bag clasp and all.
