Excellant product. Recommended to me after 3rd bone surgery in 1 1/2 years. Seemed to help a lot. Bone is actually growing now!!

In 2010, I went from osteopenia to osteoporosis on my every two year bone scan. The doctor suggested Fosamax or . . . more walking and Pro Bono. I choose the Pro Bono and committed to two years. This month, Feb. 2012 my bone scan improved by .5 back into osteopenia. I continued my usual diet - fairly balanced with daily one or two glasses of red wine.
