COXREELS Heavy-Duty Self-Retracting Air/Water Hose Reels store hoses neatly and prevent wear and user fatigue. Mounts on floor, wall, or ceiling. Pressure rating to 300 psi. Includes double O-ring seals and adjustable guide arms. Ratchet engages after hose is withdrawn; rewind spring is fully enclosed and replaceable. 1/4" steel plate support post and base. Double support points for the 1" solid steel center axle. Enclosed-style spring motor. Eight-position locking ratchet mechanism.

Smooth reel, solid what else is there to say. There are cheaper reels out there, but for the money you can't go wrong.
