Purchased this on a Friday after discovering my current pump stopped working. Amazon Prime got the pump to me on Saturday for $3.99. Pump arrived in perfect condition and is used to pump effluence up one story (about 12 feet). This pump is 4/10 horsepower compared to the 1/2 horsepower pump it replaced. But I like the smaller pump because it is so much quieter. This was a great experience and a great deal when you consider shipping as well.

I bought one for an excellent price, installed it, plugged it in and it slurpped up the contents of the sewage holding tank before I could blink. That was a week ago when I installed it. I left the tank open for a week so I could test and see how well the pump was working. I required a 15 foot raise of the sewage to the primary sewage line which was 200 feet from the holding tank. It is working beautifully (if you consider pumping sewage a thing of beauty.) I have full confidence in the Little giant to the extent that I am totally comfortable in closing the tank today and covering it with 2 feet of earth.
